Navigating life can be challenging and present us with obstacles such as unexpected changes, unwelcome events, or damage to important relationships, but I reassure you that you are not alone. I am dedicated to assisting in repaving your road, toward optimism, happiness, and emotional well-being. Together, we can create the understandings, resources, and strategies necessary to make the shift from surviving to thriving. 

I obtained my BSW from Pittsburg State University. I am currently working to obtain my MSW through the University of Kansas. I have experience working with children and teens within the school setting. My mission is to continue to work with children and teens, as well as women while utilizing CBT, strength-based approach, and play therapy.
