Dani Hoff, LMSW
I’m a compassionate, client-centered therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful, lasting change. I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, understanding, and a judgment-free space where you can feel safe being fully yourself.
My approach is warm, supportive, and tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. We will explore the challenges you’re facing, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you feel more confident, grounded, and connected.
In therapy I take a client-centered, trauma-focused approach whether talk therapy or play therapy while incorporating skills from ACT, CBT, and DBT. Additionally, I have experience working with those struggling with eating disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, and crisis intervention.
Whether you’re working through anxiety, relationship challenges, major life transitions, self-esteem concerns, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to meet you where you are and support you along the way.
