Kristen holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and is licensed as a Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) in Kansas and a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Missouri. She has experience working with individuals of all ages, with a particular focus on children and adolescents ages 4 and up. Kristen is passionate about supporting clients through a strengths-based, person-centered approach that emphasizes collaboration and empowerment.

She commonly works with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and family conflict, and approaches therapy with compassion and collaboration to foster hope, healing, and resilience. Kristen hopes to help clients recognize that they are not defined by their struggles and strives to provide motivation, encouragement, and consistent support as they move through life’s challenges.
